Twin Chainring 40 - 48T Bafang BBS01 BBS02

A true work of art, this double chainring with 40 and 48 teeth has been entirely machined from a block of 7075-T6 aluminum.
Each part requires 30 minutes of machining on a CNC machine.
Cutting tools had to be specially developed to allow machining between the 2 chainrings.

The 40 tooth chainring has an offset of 10mm which allows a very good chain line on the large sprockets of the cassette and the 48 tooth chainring has an offset of 5 mm which also allows an excellent chain line on the small cogs from the cassette.
Material: 7075-T6 aluminum
Finish: black anodizing
Attention the use of this double chainring requires the retouching of about 1mm at the level of the engine casing (see photo)
